Passwords, passwords, passwords. We all have so many of them to remember and the trouble is that we have to change them over and over because our providers don't do a good job of being secure. It's a never-ending process and it's enough to make your head spin! Now you can put all those worries behind you because Planet Zoo has created the perfect password manager for both your home computer and your mobile phone. Don't take my word for it though — Planet Zoo is 100% free and it won't bombard you with ads or spy on your passwords like other services do (trust me, I've checked). All you have to do is download the app from on the App Store on your iPhone or on Google Play for your Android phone. [Planet Zoo allows access to your passwords on multiple computers]. Once the authorized log-in screen appears, type in a new password. This one is different from all the rest!Click Save! That's all there is to it! Your password was saved and you can check it later with a single click of a button on any computer. If you do not save a new one, you will be prompted with a message asking if you want to reset or store this new password for later use. Otherwise, you can select the option to 'not save' the new password. Saving a new password is completely optional; it's up to you! There are many cool features that will make your life easier, but I'm going to start with one that I think most people don't know about. If you still remember your old passwords (I know it seems like a nightmare sometimes), go to Edit > Option > Export Data and copy paste this into notepad or any text file. It contains all of your previous passwords in plain text; whether they are saved or not. You can then save it to a USB storage device like an external hard drive. No more headaches! If you want to view your passwords offline, you will need the desktop version of Planet Zoo! Just go to their website, download the Planet Zoo installer and choose your options. Once it's installed, go to the desktop icon and don't forget to enter in your password before logging in!
